license ddj 400 it's not working
hello, I bought a DDJ 400 with license and it's not working. The previous owner used it only 2 times and desactivated his license so I can use it. He sent and inquiry too but no one is responding him by email to resolve this issue.
I have the number of the license and the controller works perfectly, but I don't want to pay packs to use the effets if I already have a license. When I plug in the controller and I put the number license it says ERROR 19, but no one is using that license anymore, maybe it's not working or got cancelled somehow?
Help me please, the support's contacts numbers in Argentina are not responding either, I tried calling the two contact options Pioneer published in this page.

I'm sorry about that - we can only deactivate the license for the original owner, they can file an inquiry ticket here.
if you install and run rekordbox 6, no license is required as the software is unlocked by the hardware.
