XDJ RX2 Vinyl Speed Adjust in performance mode is broken on channel 2

I am having a mini nightmare with my RX2 in performance mode.

No matter what I do, I cannot get the Vinyl Speed controller on channel 2 to function the same as channel 1.  Channel 1 works fine, can set the tempo up and down and there is no problem.

However on channel 2, the knob seems to not function correctly at all.
If I move it even the slightest bit, it seems to go into some weird slow startup/stop mode and then moving the knob in any direction has no effect except being stuck in the slowest startup/slowdown mode.

I am running latest firmware, drivers and version of Rekordbox 6.

This does not happen when using USB's or Export mode.
