Suddenly no audio headphone cue

Hi, using  the DDJ-RB with Rekordbox 5.2.2 on Mac High Sierra 10.13.14 I'm unable to hear cued audio through the headphones - this has never been a problem before in 4 months. The controller is working fine but audio output is all through laptop speakers, which seems to be responding to Cue 1 and Cue 2

A few things I've tried:

  1. Uninstalling and reinstalling everything 2x
  2. Installing drivers (I can't see what this changes)
  3. As I'm on Mac I can't install the ASIO driver
  4. The USB device isn't showing up in Mac Sound output options
  5. The USB device isn't showing in Audio MIDI set up
  6. Changing settings in preferences of Rekordbpx doesn't seem to change anything

The headphones work, and everything else about the controller works but still no Audio coming from the headphones in Master, Cue 1 or Cue 2 selected.

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

Pulse

Install the drivers again.

Disable the High Sierra security (only available after attempting installation).

Install the drivers once more now that the security is disabled.

Install what drivers? Reinstall Rekordbox? The exact same thing is happening to me. It changes the output options when you use the built in audio option for a mac. He's got it perfectly pictured up there. The output channels change for some reason.

So when you change that security setting, now there's a checkbox that wasn't there before. Problem solved! But how does this not happen all  the time?
