Annoyed Toraiz SP-16 Customer
I bought the Toraiz SP-16 just under 2 weeks ago now! I'll be honest its 1 of the best piece of kit I've used! (been into production for nearly 9 years)
But the unit has been redundant due to *i believe a technical issue* and I cannot use it for now nearly 5 days (I posted regarding the mass usb drive) no file on the MSD yet the unit says its full! I CAN't USE IT!!! its a sampler FFS
contacted this forum, NOTHING! contacted Pioneer Global on twitter (they have been very prompt in response beforehand) NOTHING!
Even contacted the supplier and haven't received a reply back from them either!
A company the size of Pioneer this is a joke!
To say Im pissed off is F*in understatement!

Hi there, I pursisted to find a solution. By way of this forum and of interaction between yourself (PioneerDj) on twitter. I contacted the supplier which tried to help me also. In the end I returned the unit, they sending me a new replacement unit out as we speak!
