Hi everyone i just bought a DDJ-RR this month ..

and everything works except the  FX 2 and FX 3 on the rightside..

both 2 knobs and 2 buttons  do not work with midi and the buttons inside

recordbox are frozen for those 2.

. also if i try to use FX 1 on the right side ..it does work alone..

however FX 1 knob control controls FX 2 and FX3 ..

when i use fx 1( right side) all FX 1-3 moves together locked in ..

.  There is no issue for FX 1-3 on the left side,. it works..

i tried re-installing drivers..  and software for recordbox..  

also tried firmware update..

nothing will fix the FX2-3 on the right side.

 

anyone have these issues ? or is this is software issue or a hardware issue.. should i return it and order a new unit ??

Hello Vinh,

Sorry to hear that you had issues in FX knobs and buttons.

After DDJ-RR engineers saw your issues, they assume those issues may be caused by the hardware fault.

They advise you send back the unit to the store you purchased it or a service center near from your place.
