Hello everyone,
Does the DDJ XP2 work with the XDJ1000 MK2 (similar to the functionality of the XP1)?

Yes! The XP2 works as an external controller with the CDJ-2000NXS2 and XDJ-1000MK2.
Cool. Is there video of it being used with the XDJ-1000MK2 anywhere? It's not listed on the PioneerDJ website as an official accessory and I just wanna be sure before I buy two of em.
@pulse did you really test the xp2 on the xdj and the nxs2? i'm still curious how this should work without a Firmware update on the Players to get the Firmware the new Vendor id to know ;-)
Would the XDJ1000s pair well with the DDJ1000 as a four-player set up powered through rekordbox?
I have two XDJ 1000mk2 units and love them, but it is time to upgrade my DJM350 mixer. I need something that can give a good digital output signal. I am really on the fence between getting a DJM450 2-channel mixer, 4-channel DJM750 mixer or going the controller route with a DDJ1000 to plug my XDJs into. I would love to see if someone did this and if there are any compromises in sound quality.
@Behson > Yes, that would work, no sound issues, especially if they're controllers and the DDJ acts as the audio interface anyhow.
@Daniel > Yes, it works.
just to understand it: the xp2 works on the xdj-1000mk2 and cdj-2000nxs2 in export/standalone mode, like the xp1? thx for clarification pulse!
DDJ XP2 work STANDALONE with the XDJ1000 MK2 ?
@TERIYAKI > Yes!
Hello
I just got the XP2 and when I connect it to my XDJ-1000 I am getting this message E-8307: Unsupported Device. Help? XCJ-1000 Firmware 1.13
are you sure that you have the xdj-1000MK2? mk1 isn't supported.
