External Hard drive doesn't load
Need some help, recently updated my rekordbox software on my mac and now my hard drive doesn't appear to come up in my window for me to choose music from. it used to work with no props. I have a DDJ- RR. Any help would be appreciate.
Also wondering why my headphone Jack is crackling.

Re: the hard drive:
- Is the drive formatted in FAT32 or HFS+?
- Is the drive connected via USB?
Re: the headphones:
- Have you checked that the adaptor (if you're using one) is screwed-on tightly?
- Have you tested with other headphones to verify if the problem is the headphones themselves or the jack on the RR?
