If you are planning on selling your DDJ-RB and the rekordbox license, all you need to do is deactivate any installations you currently have for rekordbox. You can do this by opening the [Preferences] -> [License] and click [Deactivate] for each Plus Pack license to deactivate the Plus Pack license. When you deactivate rekordbox dj, you will deactivate all the licenses.
You can then sell the license to another user who can then activate it under their account.
