USB not being detected by Rekordbox

Just updated to Catalina & Rekordbox 5.8. It's not showing any USB stick in devices, making it impossible to export. My Mac itself does show the drives in finder, I can browse them through there but I'm unable to export.

These are the same sticks that have always been used. Rekordbox on an older machine does recognise them, so I know it's not the sticks or the way they are formatted.

Rekordbox is not in performance mode.

Any known solution? No one else has complained about this from what I can see.

Catalina has a new Security and Privacy option to allow to use removable devices.

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Files and Folders, there you can allow rekordbox to use Removable Volumes.

This did not solve the problem for me. the Files and Folder tab under Security & Privacy shows that Removable Volumes and Documents Folder are allowed access. My USB still does not show up in Rekordbox, only on my desktop

Is it formatted FAT32 or HFS+, and the first partition on the drive?
