Saving My Tags on CDJ2000nxs2
Correct me if im wrong, but shouldn't all your tags created by tagging your tracks with my tag/ remove button be saved on the usb so they stay when you unplug it and plug it back?
Right now they are gone soonest i re-plug the media.
It only saves them when connected to recordbox vis link. but not whe using USB or SD media.

No - TAGs are temporary; if you want to keep that list, open the TAG LIST, press the MENU button, select TAGLIST MENU, then select CREATE PLAYLIST > OK.
That will store a new playlist on the drive which you can then load from, or synchronize with rekordbox.
