My Tags appears to be disabled
I'm trying to access this function, and there's no factory loaded tags or any way of adding them. I searched but couldn't find anyone else with this problem...

Hmmm... that is odd. Do they appear if you're in Export mode? Which version of rekordbox are you running, and on which OS?
Doesn't appear in Export mode either. I'm running 5.6.0 on a 2016 Macbook Pro with the latest OS update. It feels like the whole function is turned off.. I can't add or do anything.
Weird. Let me push this to our rekordbox engineers for a bit more info.
I should mention that I did move things to Dropbox to share between two computers and followed the method that someone documented from your team... but this problem actually existed before I did that. More than happy to share screenshots of dialogue windows and setting if needed. Thanks for the quick reply!
That was me, and I did warn that you had to do everything exactly as outlined or there could be problems... 😉 But if this existed prior to that move, then it would be unrelated.
I not only checked and double checked... but it actually works just fine between the two computers... so haven't had any issues... I would assume doing something like that wouldn't completely turn off a function or I'm assuming I would have read about it?

No... doesn't work in either of them. From what I read, I assumed it came with a bunch pre-loaded right? Since I don't see anything and can't add any on either computer... I figured something was wrong.
Yeah, it should at least show the MyTag categories (even if blank). I've asked the engineers to look into this.
