I had one of the defected SX3 controllers I sent it back to Pioneer DJ to be fixed and now my platters are not responding. I restarted serato, no fix. so then I turned off DJ Controllers and turned backed on and restarted serato still no fix. Then I restarted macbook pro mid 2015 Mojave 10.14.3 .  I also tried fooling around the Shift + Slip/Vinyl button and still no fix. I had to hotcue mix my entire gig. Shaking my head come on Pioneer!!

@Tim > Sorry to hear about that - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced again, hopefully they can resolve the issue.
