HI.. I loaded a track that was wav, and the bit rate wav 2116 a E-8305:UNSUPPORTED FILE FORMAT came up, the firmware is up to date, can you tell me the issue..thx

Shot in the dark ... did you download that WAV from Bandcamp?
Yes it is
Not 100% sure if this is the issue, but I’ve had MP3s I’ve had to re-encode using VLC so that Rekordbox could read. From memory it was wrong bitrate, but easily fixed with VLC default 320kb settings.
@Oliver > Already answered, but for similar issues, it could certainly be due to the bit depth / sample rate.
