Wrong files on song names

Hello Everyone, 

So for 2 months I have been trying to resolve this issue with pioneer and they have been delaying any sort of response. a few months ago a ton of my songs were being deleted from rekordbox bc they were in dropbox, an issue they admitted to in one of their updates. I talked to support about it via email and they said to move my files to local storage. After doing that I noticed a month later a number of songs were incorrect in my rekordbox. Basically, it has a waveform of a song showing with all my cue points, but when i play it, its a totally different dong. Rekordbox has no solutions to my problem. I think my best measure it to start over at this point. Does anyone know how i can completely reset my rekordbox without moving too many files around? Thank you in advance.
