Just replaced my hard drive and now rekordbox doesn't work

Hi, i've just replaced my harddrive. everything else is good but since i've reinstalled rekordbox it just doesn't recognise my ddj rx. We it sort of does but it won't play and recognise any buttons pressed but it does show that music is loaded. uninstalled and reinstalled many times but to no avail. Any answers ????
