PLX 500 anti-skating adjustment
Hi i bought recently a PLX500 and i put on it a new cartridge (Audio Technica AT95E). I'm using this turntable only for listening to records, not for djing. The recommended tracking force for this cartridge is 2gr. Has anyone ever checked if the antiskating on this turntable is accurate according to the numbers of the anti-skating knob? Because i think they are not accurate at all.....

I've been informed that the numbers on the dial are a rough guide and using trial-and-error is the best method to use to achieve the most accurate results.

Blank vinyl: tonearm skates to center third of blank test record regardless of anti-skating setting. I'm using an Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge.
