DDJ-S1 Audio Issue

I'm using a MacBook Pro and I have powered Mackie speakers. I'm also using the XLR outs of the controller. I hear a buzz in the speakers as soon as I turn the controller on. I've tried using different power strips and supplies with no luck. When I unplug the power supply from the controller and let it run from USB power I get no audio at all. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to address?

Can someone from Pioneer help me out with this or does the unit need to be replaced?
