PIONEER PLEASE HELP!!! Rekord box dj won't work

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and I even bought a subscipriotn to rekord box dj...

no matter what i do i can't activate or start recordbox DJ it is still in rekordbox

I tried to re-enter my key and still nothing, now its saying error code 3...

So what is wrong with this...????

please see my post, where its been 20 days and still same problem - i can't get a trial, or paid version of record box DJ up and running...
