[CLOSED] Ethernet port on CDJ 2000 NXS
Hello, Id like to firstly thank anyone in advance for any help they may be able to provide!
I have a CDJ2000 NXS which I purchased in August last year. Now I am a bedroom DJ and my gear has only been taken out 2-3 times. After recently disconnecting the Ethernet cable from my deck, I found that the Ethernet port became dislodged from the housing on the deck. Once I had reconnected the decks I found that all the link functionality is no longer working. Taking into account that I have only disconnected the Ethernet cable a few times, I wanted to know, is this a common problem, can the deck be repaired, is it covered in the 12 month guarantee and or will the deck need to be replaced altogether?
I have tried to find a UK support email address to contact pioneer directly but was unable to finds anything!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I am on here quite a bit and don't think that this is a common issue (at least that I have read about here). I would say that this is easily repairable but you should really call tech support. The number is at the top right hand corner of every page here.
its definitely not common, I have taken mine in and out of the case a bunch of themes with no issues and the Nexus ports seem a lot more sturdy then the 2000mk1 model that did have issues, I replaced a ton of 2000 and 900 ports for friends.
the repair is simple but expensive, I would definitely contact a local authorized repair place like walter mentioned also
