CDJ waveform

Using CDJ 2000NXS, ever since upgrading Rekordbox to 4.2.0 (mac) the waveforms on the CDJs seem to be skewed, there seems to be extra silence added at the start and pressing the loop button on analysed tracks the yellow overlay on the screen is off beat. im having to turn quantize off and manually cue the track so it starts on the beat as its skewed also. I have updated to 4.2.0b but haven't been back in the club to see if its sorted on the cdjs. looking at quantize and loops just playing back on rekordbox itself everything works as it should.
