[SOLVED] Rekordbox creating seperate folders for each artisthis
This is kind of hard to explain but i'll give it a go:
Basically I have folders on my USB stick such as hard trance classics, drum and bass etc with well over 100 tunes in each.
I create a playlist in rekordbox 3.0, delete the old folder and put the analysed one onto the USB but it creates a folder for every single artist making it so hard to navigate.
Is there a way around this?

because you're supposed to navigate on the CDJ and RB based on playlists, I never once had to access the folders actually written on the drive, everything is accessed in RB itself
so when i go to my cdj they won't be in seperate folders for artists?
no because the CDJ is readying the playlists you created and exported to the flash drive.
the proper way to use RB and flash drives is
drag music into RB and let is analyze,
create playlists as you want
export the playlists/tracks onto the external flash drive
plug into CDJ which will read the playlists and tracks you exported
