you won't be able to downgrade, it was never allowed. Heres to hoping they come up with a quick fix for you

instal version 1.12 again not is possible ? 

You can try re-flashing 1.12, I'll see if the engineers have any suggestions.

Does the CH2 audio come through when the cross fader is disabled?

no bro , crossfader is on , but add  OFF / ON and stay the same :( 

I understand it is ON in the video, I just wanted to confirm it has the same problem when the cross fader is disabled and you use only the channel fader to control the volume.

I've opened a ticket with the engineers to see if they have any other suggestions - to me, it seems like failed hardware.
