Not sure what's going on and I've tried to troubleshoot everything

 

I'm running serato pro 2.1.1

Phase DJ or Shure n-447 needles

Pioneer plx 1000 turntables with DJM-S9

 

When I open serato and load a track, the right deck immediately starts going backwards slowly as if there's dust on the needle making it sound like a distorted reverb. 

 

This also happens on the right deck with phase dj and needles.

When I switch to internal, no problems.

 

I've updated firmware, software, and audio drivers. I'm still not sure as to why this issue keeps happening. Please help. The amount of money we invest into equipment this shouldn't be happening.

have you calibrated the decks in settings
