Issues with RekordBox Video PLugin

Hi All,

I'm experiencing an anomaly with the video plugin where some will get blocks and after multiple reloads it will work successfully.  Every video is a hit and miss when it comes to loading.  I can load the same video on two different decks, one will work while the other one has the block effect like when you don't have the creative license.   My video sources are from Xtendamix.com which as far as I know are a legit VDJ Pool.

I have a creative license.     

Can anyone help resolve this issue.  I bought a DDJ 400 especially to learn VDJ.  This is failing miserably. 

Any setting recommendations?
