RB-DMX1 lighting only working on one deck
The lighting is only working on one deck in internal mode. As soon as the master deck switches to the other side the lighting stops or just stays on the one colour permanently till I switch back to the other deck, even if it’s the same song playing on both decks. How can I troubleshoot this?

It's not necessarily anything to do with the master deck -- where are the channel faders / cross fader?
So i have now tested the lighting using DVS and my DJM250MK2, the lighting is still only activating on the left deck and does not switch to the right deck for some reason. Any ideas?
@Will > Are you on external mixer mode? If so, the lighting will currently only function on deck 1. We're aware of this issue and a fix will be coming in an update.
Please fix this issue soon..... I can't do my set using internal mixing mode.
Pulse, so I have been having the same issue as Will since I have owned the RB-DMX1. I have tried everything possible and no luck getting the lights to react to any tracks on deck 2. Do you know when there will be an update released for this issue?? Possibly before next weekend?
I have now discovered why only deck 1 was activating the lighting. I had not assigned deck 1 to the left side of the cross fader and deck 2 to the right side. As soon as I assigned the decks to either side of the cross fader in internal mode it started working. Will be good to be able to use external mode with the update, looking forward to it!

I have a Pioneer DJM250MK2 mixer connected to 2 x Pioneer PLX500 turntables. This is the setup I want to use the lighting feature with in external mode. The reason I posted my initial query was because I couldn’t get the lighting to work correctly on both internal and external modes. I have now realised why it wasn’t working on internal mode due to the cross fader not having the decks assigned to them, but I’m looking forward to the update so I can use my external mixer.
