Rekord Box 3.0 Memory cues not working? Help

Hi guys, 

I've opened up a track in 3.0. Paused the track where i want the memory cue to be. Hit Cue. Then hit memory, but nothing happens. Everytime i hit memory it just doesn't put the memory cue in. 

Any help is appreciated :)

dumb question, you do have the memory cue bank open right? I have no issue with this on a mac, not sure what you are on
