DDJ RX Right Deck Cue button Fail -hardware issue help
Hi Guys,
Tonight during a gig my right decks cue button failed. Upon pressing cue button nothing happened - after about an hour I was able to get it to semi-work with a HARD press. Now it is working some of the time; a hard press works but a soft touch doesnt. I compare both decks cue buttons and now the right can be pressed and it does not cue all the time.
Any ideas? Help
The cue button from software perspective works 100%
I have never spilled anything on my decks
I am constantly cleaning off dust - could dust or some small particle cause this issue?
Can you recommend a service store - Albany w.a 6330 - Dj store 500kms away

It could be a bad solder point or a failed contact switch. You can contact your retailer or one of these authorized service shops for repairs.
Thanks Pulse ai did do that but unfortunately 5 hours drive away to nearest service shop. As my ddj Rx was out of warranty I pulled apart and cleaned and managed to fix the problem :) The trusty Ddj RX lives on!! Cant help but want the ddj 1000 though haha
