Which version of rekordbox are you using?

Yes the Djm 250 mk2, but when i plug the sp1 alone, rekordbox dj don't reconize it any more.
I ve an asus laptop with Windows 10 64 bit and i use Firefox and Microsoft defender. I try to turn off the firewall but I i ve the same issue. And i try also to download the update for the sp1 but when i unzip the file i don t have a sp1.jar like mention in the online help .
Chances are you don't need to update the firmware (it was last updated in 2013).
Does your DDJ-SP1 show as being connected to your computer within the system device manager?
If so, does it also appear within the rekordbox MIDI window?
no, it's seems not connected, he don't appear in the device manager
i've found something new may be can help you !?!?
so my laptop reconize the sp1 but not in the right way,
He's not in "sound video game controllers" but in a section named "other hardware" .... i really don't know what that means ;)
