My ddjflx6 right hand cue button is flashing when i load a track into it and wont let me cue the song when holding it down

If you load a song, then press Play and then Cue, will it load to that point?
When I load the track onto ch2 or ch4 it automatically plays but when i press the cue button it wont recall the track and wont let me preview and time when its paused aswell
