Can I use an XDJ-RX1 with a modified sine wave inverter?

A very specific question that hopefully someone can help with: I am in the process of renovating an off grid houseboat and want to move my studio aboard. Can anyone tell me if I can run my XDJ-RX1 from a smaller, modified sine wave inverter, or do I need to spring for a pure sine wave one? I need to calculate how much power in total I’ll draw for everything on board to calculate the battery bank size needed. The manual says how much the unit draws but not about the sine wave. Thanks 🤞☺️

A modified sine wave inverter is not recommended for most modern electronics as the choppy waveform produced can cause irregular performance of the components
