DDJ 400 stop functioning shortly after plug in
Hi everyone, My DDJ 400 turns on after plugging it in (all the buttons get lit up) and then a few seconds after all of the buttons turn off except for the « hot cue » and « on/off release FX » buttons. And I can’t do anything with the controller and rekordbox because the buttons don’t work. I have the impression that it started happening after updating rekordbox with the 5.8.3 version. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? Thank you !! Laurie

@Laurie, are you running the up to date firmware on the 400?
Did you ever tried out to deinstall the driver into your windows device manager ?
You also could try to roll back to another systementry-point from your windows OS. Can you try out your controller on another PC ?
