My second Jog of my DDJ-SB3 rotates the songs in the opposite direction of the jog movement (only Jog 2).

My second Jog of my DDJ-SB3 rotates the songs in the opposite direction of the jog movement (only Jog 2).

From one moment to another the second Jog of my DDJ SB3 began to work with the direction of rotation reversed, if I want to advance the song, when I move the Jog to advance it does the opposite and goes back the song as attached in the following video, its operation is correct, only the direction was reversed. I tested it in different computers and it happens exactly the same. Any way to do a factory reset or repair the direction of rotation? 

pd: the firmware is updated to 1.03 v

    • Open the Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup app
    • Click Window > Show MIDI Studio
    • At the top of the window, click the drop-down menu and select New Configuration...
    • Give it a name (eg. 2022) and click OK
    • Click the IAC Driver (should be red) and press the Delete key on your keyboard
    • Close the Audio MIDI Setup application
    • Open Serato DJ Pro
    • Open the preferences
    • Click the MIDI tab
    • Click the DDJ-SB3 in the upper window
    • Un-check the Allow Serato Hardware Remapping button above that window
    • Click the Restore Defaults button at the bottom of that window

This instruction are for windows 11? because i cant find de audio midi setup app
