DDJ-SR output on right channel much lower then the left

I'm using the latest version of Serato DJ with a Pioneer DDJ-SR controller with the latest firmware.

I have an issue where the right channel output is much lower than the left. I've played the same track simultaneously with both channels (Inc gain) configured the same and the crossfader curve in the correct setup. Its very noticeable that the right channel output is much lower than the left.

I've changed the USB cable, reinstalled the driver several times & even replicated the issue on another laptop, do you have any idea on how to solve this issue??

Given that it went 3 years without a response, I'd say it was missed.

If the problem changed sides when the L/R output was changed on the controller end, then it wasn't a matter of the cables, and I'd say the problem is the board and should be serviced. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region for that.

Did this ever get answered

I only ask as I've started to experience the same issues. The issue isnt on the output it occurs even when I listen tbroughthe headphones so it's not the RCA output. It's even when the trim is max and the fader all the way up the right channel is still considerably lower

Paul - Made sure it's not the headphone adapter (if using a 1/8 to 1/4" adapter) or headphones themselves? If you've ruled that out and it's definitely the controller, then I'll point you to the service link above.
