Does an Intel Celeron N4000 run rekorbox software?

I Wanted to buy a brand new laptop with a low budget and i wanna now if this processor runs rekorbox, in webset they say that only runs on i3, i5 and i7 but this one is pretty similar to i3, probably better than a few. The Software runs slower with this one or just dont accept it?
