Hello everyone,

I am having an issue since today why I am not able to solve. If I only want to listen to a song with my headphones I always pressed the cue button on my DDJ 400 so I can only listen to the song on my headphones, no matter where the cross and volume fader are. Since today when I press the cue button, the music still comes out of my laptop and not just out of my headphones as earlier. I have no idea how to solve this problem so I appreciate any kind of help. I also attached my output settings.

Uncheck the PC MASTER OUTPUT box.

I'm not sure this is your issue but on the main RB interface (not the preference panel), try the little "Speaker icon" on the top right corner.
