IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE LIGHT ONLY?
MOVING HEAD DOES MOVE .. BUT ITS JUST WHITE LIGHT .. IVE GONE IN AND CHANGED COLOTS IN MACRO BUT STILL JUST WHITE LIGHT.
DONT THINK ITS THE HARDWARE SINCE I USE IT IN OTHER PLACES. I MEAN IM NOT TALKING ABOUT PRISM .. ROT .. ANYTHING FANCY WHICH THE LIGHT CAN DO .. IM JUST TALKING ABOUT LIGHT CHANGE. $400 MOVING HEAD THAT IS DOING 1% OF WHAT IT CAN DO
It is white only because the documentation is vague and missing basic info like colors. It is not about the software but about the information you or the manufacturer provided. Send us details regarding its color wheel so that we can update it.

Thank you for the information. We have updated colors and some of the gobos. Is there any chance you can send us this document so that we can see all gobos in the best possible quality/resolution?
