Cloud Library Sync Issues - Device Limit Reached?

I just bought an XDJ-RX3,  downloaded Rekordbox and signed up for the Creative Plan, which says you can have 4 devices synced total. I tried to cloud sync my second computer and rekordbox is saying "The number of activated devices has reached the limit"?

Under my page on the Pioneer website it only shows 1 active? So far this is such a pain in the ass!!

Any suggestions?

Still getting the same error on any computer I try,   Even my phone.     My account still only show's one active device.....
