Rekordbox DJ licence not activating after removal

I have Rekordbox DJ install on my PC and on my Laptop with no problem until my laptop died.

I have bought a new laptop and when I activate Rekordbox DJ it says serial number not recognised. I have check the serial in my online account and it is correct. This is a bought serial and not a monthly subscription.

I managed to get the hard dive out and boot it using my PC. I have now managed to de-activate the licence on my old laptop but it still doesn't recognise the serial. I have also tried re-activating it on my old laptop and I get the same message.

Does anyone know how I can get my licence key to work on my new laptop?
