I think your touch foil sheet switch tired in the jog wheel. The player scans the jog dial in detail and quickly, and does not detect touch when the first motion impulses arrive at the processor. It is possible that cleaning is enough for him, but if you do not know it, take it to a service because it is a very fragile part.
