Fixture: 275W Beam Spot Wash
Please don't expect this library to work 100% properly because the documentation is very vague and has almost 0% wheel information. If you could provide us DMX details for every wheel we will be happy to update it.

First of all thank you for adding this light to the library.
However, I have detected two problems that I would like to be fixed:
1- The lights are always flashing.
2- The moving heads always look to the right (when are hanging upside down) instead of looking to the front.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you for the feedback. Please make sure you are using the correct mode. Apart from that, could you please confirm the strobe channel DMX values from the manual, compared to reality? Our only mistake was in the 51-240 range, where we used the opposite speed direction. This issue has been updated in the AtlaBase library. It will be reflected in the next rekordbox fixture library update (performed once a week on Wednesday or Thursday except for the national and company holidays). Please find the latest list of the library fixtures here (under Fixture library lists).

Dear team,
I updated the library but the problems have not been solved.
The pan is always 90º to the right (when are hanging upside down) instead of looking to the front. I know that it seems that now is correct but it isn't, maybe the manual is wrong.
The other problem is that the light is always flashing. Maybe you can delete the strobe function.
Additionally, the colours are not correct, but if you solve these two I can give you the accurate information about this.
Thank you.
Best regards.
Regarding the strobing issue, the only case our library is wrong is if the manual has wrong DMX details. Could you please confirm the DMX ranges for the strobe function?
The colors are wrong possibly by the fact that the manual has no details for this parameter too. We need details for a 0-255 range in color wheel.
Finally, regarding the position, we need to calibrate the fixture so could you please go through this guide?
On behalf of Pioneer DJ,
AtlaBase Ltd
Thanks for your response. Please, find below the correct values to update the fixture.
I cannot open the link to the position guide, it seems that the document is missing. However, the correct reference/default pan (Ch. 1) value for a centered position is 127.
Thank you,
Could you please retry with this one (https://atlabaseltd.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/AtlaBaseLtd/ETxiA3lUpY1IgMAA7klRHQoBN6xSX2nqx2kjDPE1MIh8xA?e=qzBa1L)?
Regarding DMX details, we would like to have a more detailed description for both channel for DMX 0-255. For example what happens in strobe channel between 0-3?
And for colors, it the change continuous or snap?
On behalf of Pioneer DJ,
AtlaBase Ltd
I cannot open this guide. Can you send me the first one again? It says that the file is missing.
Regarding Strobo (Ch. 07):
Regarding color, there is a disk that rotates inside the moving head. However, there are a lot of values were appear two colours at the same time, and it is not exactly the same in every light. For this reason I recorded the values with the correct color in all lights. I hope this works for you because it is a complex task for me.
Thanks in advance.
We have updated the strobe channel, however, we need to know what happens between 103-254, is a random strobe from min to max, or more effects?
Here is the guide https://we.tl/t-lH2KMHZAnA
We don't really understand your last comment on colors.

However, there are some differences we need you to double check please. Fist of all let's check that we are talking about the same product, its part no. is SHE-BB275W10R. According to the official documentation the color contents are slightly different than your feedback.
Finally, according to the manual, the speeds in color wheel are different.

Yes, I am talking about SHE-BB275W10R.
I have checked the colors that you configured with my indications are perfect. Thank you for that.
However, the PAN problem has not been solved. Please, see the video at the following link: https://we.tl/t-VnZrASH5Dd
The SHE-BB275W10R are always looking to the right, while the other moving heads receiving the same information from the Pioneer RB-DMX1 are looking to the front. All Pan movements are 90º inverted. Please fix it, because I cannot use your DMX controller if my moving heads are always looking to one side.
Thanks for your support.
Could you please re follow the guide we sent you? Settings were based on your feedback.

AtlaBase Ltd
Thank you. The answers are different than the last time you followed the guide, which means there was probably an error.

I just updated my library, and the problem is still not fixed. Are you updating the 14Ch or 16Ch mode?
The lights are still always looking to one side, not to the front.
Please, can you check this video of my lights and try to help me? https://we.tl/t-xyWgna0RDR
It is eight months since I bought them, and I still cannot use them with your DMX controller.
Thank you.
Could you please verify the fixture version in your software?
