I have the same problem. i updated mine and rekordbox wont open anymore

i have copied the link as well but it isn't working. rekordbox keeps on crashing. It's not even opening

Hi, I did all the processes now rekordbox is working but I can't activate the video function, do you know what it can be?

@DJ Ale > If you did the DisableOpenGL, it would disable the video. Try this instead...

- go back and change DisableOpenGL from 1 to 0

- find BasicOpenGL and change it from 0 to 1

I'll note that this should be in the rekordbox6 folder within the path listed above.

Yes; 6.6.0 will resolve this - it's an issue regarding Intel4000 series graphics chipsets and OpenGL.

Hello, I have the same problem as everybody above.

1) The fix provided (changing either BasicOpenGL or DisableOpenGL to 1 or 0) had been working for one month, but then suddenly today it stopped working. I rechanged the settings several times using different combination, nothing works.

2) I tried a "hack" by gonig to Application / Rekordbox / right click, Show package content / rekordbox: this starts up the application but as soon as I plug any USB stick it crashes again

3) Contrarily to announced above, the 6.6.0 version did not fix the bug at all

Please solve this issue... many DJs in the world are getting crazy because of it. I had to ask for another laptop!
