Rekord box login problem
I recently purchased the Pioneer DDJ 400 and I'm trying to download/login to Rekord Box. I created an account on Pioneer DJ. When I try to login to Rekord Box, I get an error saying email and password do not exist. HELP Support told me to reset password using "forgot password" function which I did 3 times. Still not able to login to Rekord Box. Anyone else have this problem? Can't use the new DDJ 400 without Rekord Box software. Any help would be appreciated.

Chances are your browser is set to block 3rd party cookies / cross-site data. As we use an SSO (single sign-on) across our sites, this security requirement is required for you to disable or allow explicitly for our sites to work properly.
Clear the cookies and enable cross-domain / 3rd party cookies for the following domains:

*.rekordbox.com

I've tried this & someitmes it works & others it doesn't but you may want to give it a try & see what happens for you.
