This is part 2 as I have already seen a thread with this label but it never was answered on that thread.

 

IS THERE A WAY TO USE THE 'MY TAG' DATA on A CDJ, OR IS IT JUST FOR USE WITHIN REKORDBOX?

If not then this an obvious firmware upgrade.

 

For example, on the dancefloor you decide that you want to pull up a list of tracks which contain three specific tags, I don't see how this can be done on a CDJ at this point unless there is a secret to it....

There is on CDJ-2000NXS2 and I've heard that the XDJ-1000MK2 does it too, but I haven't played on that. 

 

On the CDJ NXS2, go to "track filter" right below the rotary selector, and then you'll see the same AND/OR selections like on Rekordbox
