Broken USB 1 Eject button / Cannot update firmware
Hello, I bought a used XDJ-RX and was having trouble with my songs syncing and also my beat effects will not work. After researching my issue I found that my firmware was out of date. Turns out my usb 1 eject button is non responsive and I cannot do the "hold down usb 1 eject and exit button" to enter the update screen. Is there a work around for this? I feel like it will definitely get most of the bugs out...the beat effects might be another broken button (anyone in the Detroit area know of any good service centers lol)

Sorry to hear about that - unfortunately that's required to enter the update mode.
Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
