Using rekordbox with multiple Pioneer equipment

Hello, 

I have 2 setups in my home:

1. Pioneer DDJ-400 Controller

2. Pioneer DJM-V10, Pioneer CDJ-3000 X 2, Pioneer PLX-1000 X 2, Pioneer DJS-1000 Sampler, Pioneer RMX-1000 Remix Station.

Currently i work with my Macbook Pro connected to the Pioneer DDJ-400 working with Pioneer rekordbox software and it works great.

I want to know if i can use the same laptop with the same rekordbox installation with the second configuration i have? (I plan to work in Export mode sometimes and in HID mode sometimes)

And if that's fine what i need to do exactly just connect it and rekordbox will know how to handle it?
