XDJ XZ navigation button problem
Hello!
I have an xdj xz controller and there was a problem with the navigation button on the controller.
Specifically, if I access a folder on usb flash (or if I use in performance mode with rekordbox) and I want to navigate through the folder, when I rotate the navigation button, the selection of the song jumps randomly from one song to another even if I rotate slowly and steadily. If I rotate in one direction, the song selection jumps back or forward. I would like to do a reset of the controller, a reinstallation or firmware downgrade but I did not find anywhere how to do this.

Could be a fault with the knob - either contact your retailer for an exchange if within the return period, or contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired. Thanks!

The description you gave doesn't make me think it's a problem with the firmware, but rather the encoder knob itself. A firmware reinstallation can help some problems, but it wouldn't fix this.

I'm back with my problem. I sent xdj-xz to an authorized Pioneer service and it seems that the problem was the button read encoder.
It's going very well at the moment.
