DDJ-200 NO COMPATIBLE WITH iOS13
DDJ-200 is not compatible with iOS13 so I've recently bought it but cannot use it. BIG FAIL. ¿Is there any firmware update to download for being able to use it?

The DDJ-200 certainly is compatible with iOS13; please make sure you're connecting the unit via bluetooth from within the application you're using, not from the iOS bluetooth menu.
I've tried via app WeDJ same way as in tutorials but it says NOT COMPATIBLE, that's exactly why I posted this 🤣🤣🤣

I've downloaded it a week ago. I don't know if it's the latest.
If you had the old version and updated that, it's not the one you want -- the current one is called WeDJ for iPhone and has version 2.0.2.
I have version 2.0.2.2 and it's for iPhone. Give me another solution. You should have a firmware update that make the DDJ200 usable with iPhone 11Pro runing iOS13
No firmware update is required - the DDJ-200 is 100% compatible with an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.
Do you see this in the settings?
Yes, I told you I did that and a message appears saying DDJ-200 IS NOT COMPATIBLE. In the box and in your website says different models of iPhone compatibility but not the 11 Pro and not the iOS13.
The compatibility information on our website was last updated in July 2019, but the iPhone 11 / Pro and iOS 13 were released after that.

Well, that's the compatibility about the app. The problem is the DDJ-200. The app is running on my iPhone but the DDJ200 does not connect and in the box does not say iPhone 11 Pro. Also the same as in product specs on the website.
Again, the website was last updated before the iPhone 11 was released.
The DDJ-200 is 100% compatible with an iPhone 11.
Then tell me what to do to be able to use it 😅.
