pioneer website
The pioneer dj website doesnt not let me post anything to the forum on safari, and hardly works on chrome. Whoever wrote the site needs to do some more work on it

Dean,
Sorry about that - it's an issue with our single sign-on and the security settings within your browser. Please clear cookies for the following domains:
*.pioneerdj.com
*.rekordbox.com
*.zendesk.com
*.gigya.com
And ensure that you have allowed cross-site cookies for those domains at the very least.
Alright cheers. Also, i just tried signing on to this site on my ipad and it keeps giving some 403 error.
I dont even know how to clear cookies these days and have no idea - nor do i want to know - what a cross site cookie is haha. I will continue using this website on chrome only.
Also, are you the only official pioneer dj representative here? How do I tag you or anyone at pioneer dj? I have some other posts not yet answered - thanks for getting back to me so far on the other ones so far, hope you are well
There's a couple of us on the forum side, but on days when I'm swamped with tickets as well, I may miss out on some of the forum posts - but I definitely get to them evenutally!
Fair enough, thanks
It just took me 20 mins to login to these forums. Honestly, whoever coded this website has done a shocking job. I think the reason its so quite around here is cos people cant log in lol
Basically figured out that I need to use chrome and delete all cookies everytime I want to log in to the forums. Never experienced that before. I'm not using any ad blockers or cookie blocking or whatever
c est clair, un désastre ce site web, surtout pour poster quelques chose ou répondre a u com... cela te revoie au menu après s être connecté.. jamais vu ca...
Almost a year on, I still need to use chrome and clear all cookies before being able to log into the website. Nothing ever got fixed
Have you changed the security to allow cross-domain data / cookies? If not, clearing cookies themselves won't help.
Clearing cookies does help. I have to clear them every time before I go on this webisite.
The default safari settings are to block cross site tracking as 99% of cross site tracking is to do with following you around with ads and data collecting.
Literally pioneer dj forum is the only website that I have this problem with. Can you seriously be that arrogant to tell the users to change settings in their browsers in order to be able to log on and get some help with the products?
You know you can set the security preferences on a site-by-site basis? This doesn't mean you need to disable it for every website you go to. We use an SSO (single sign-on) for the Pioneer DJ and rekordbox services, and because that SSO (Gigya) is considered a "cross site" or "3rd party" domain for which cookies are set, you need to allow them in order for the forums to work as you'd expect.
I may be arrogant, but never about security. ;)
