can we hope that the OPUS QUAD will one day be compatible with the RB-DMX1 in the USB port ?

No, since the RB-DMX1 still requires the computer to handle the lighting programming for the fixtures, sorry. You can use rekordbox in ProDJ Link Lighting mode (the Opus Quad is used in stand-alone mode and the computer is running lighting only).
