DDJ RB Top for performance pads not working
I bought my DDJ RB about four months ago, and now whenever I am playing a set, my right hand decks top four perfomance pads do not work most of the time, but sometimes do work. What do I do?

If shaking the unit makes them work, it sounds like it could be a hardware problem like a faulty solder joint. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
You may have remapped them accidentally; do they work for any of the pad functions? Hot Cue, FX...?
The other pad settings dont work. Typically the pads will work immediately, and then stop,only pads a-d/1-4 stop. If i give the controller a small shake the pads will work again for a few minutes
